In 2013 we upgraded our televisions by installing three Smart Samsung sets along with a new Sky+HD package. Our computer system was also upgraded at the same time. Having used Elecomms previously and been happy with their work and on-going support they were commissioned for the upgrades. Robert made sure were happy with the end result along with organising and supervising the Sky engineer and accompanying us to John Lewis us to advise on the best TV’s etc for our needs.

In 2019 the original Wifi and data system was beginning to show its age. It started to need frequent resets and iPads and iPhones were starting to drop-off the network for no apparent reason. I called Elecomms for advice. Robert came and recommended an upgrade of the Wifi and data system that had been in use for 13 years. A new Ubiquity Unifi system had several advantages. Primarily, enhanced reliability and speed along with clean neat units and no unsightly power plugs or cords.

Fortunately in February 2020 we decided to go-ahead with the installation just before the Cov19 lockdown. The new system is neater, faster, less obtrusive and importantly more reliable. If we have any issues we can call Elecomms and they will remotely and securely login and source in the problem.  

Robert has been personable, knowledgeable and always available. A clean and tidy worker with a great understanding of client’s needs. When required issues have been clearly and simply explained and quickly resolved.
